• Following receipt of your email a booking form will be issued for completion and return, please ensure all contact details are completed clearly. 
• Our Administrator/Facilities Co-ordinator will contact you direct on receipt of this to discuss your requirements. 
• You will receive a confirmation email once the booking has been approved and the holding deposit has been paid as per our Terms and Conditions.
