We have three halls available for hire:
Hall 1 – Large hall capacity 220 closely seated or 150 dining Stage and PA System Fully equipped Kitchen Bar
Hall 2 – Hall capacity 70 closely seated or 50 dining Kitchen Bar
Hall 3 – Hall capacity 40 closely seated 20 dining Kitchen
This is the main hall and measures 16.6m x 11.6m (54’ 6” x 38’). In addition there is a curtained stage measuring 4.1m x 11.6m (13’ 6” x 38’). The hall is fitted with a PA system and an induction loop system for hire at an additional cost. Microphones and a tape deck are provided for use with these systems on request. The maximum authorised capacity is 220 closely seated. Practical limits are 150 for dining. A bar can be provided for Hall 1, if required, at no extra cost to the Hirer (providing B.V.H. Bar Services are used). Individuals are not permitted to sell alcohol at events.
Hall 3/Meeting Room
The meeting room measures 7.9m x 4.9m (26’ x 16 ‘). As is fitted with a small galley kitchen. The maximum authorised capacity is 40 closely seated. Practical limits are 20 dining. Kitchen (serving large hall and meeting room) The kitchen is equipped with extensive stainless steel commercial work surfaces, a large refrigerator, a gas range cooker and built in urn. Separate sinks are provided for food preparation and washing of hands. Round tables can be hired for an additional charge. Shuttered serving hatches open onto both large hall and meeting room.
Furniture & Equipment
Twenty-Five 1.8m x 0.7m (6’ x 2 4”) table and 140 stacking chairs are provided for use in Hall 1. There are 80 upholstered chairs on the stage area. Chair trolleys are provided for moving chairs. Eight 0.9m X 0.7m (3’ x 2’ 4”) tables and 40 stacking chairs are provided for use in the meeting room (Hall 3).
Hall 2 (Annex)
This hall measures 10.1m x 10.1m (32′ 9″ x 32′ 9″). The maximum authorised capacity is 70 closely seated. Practical limits are 50 for dining. There is a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, urn and hob/oven. A bar can be provided for Hall 2 if required at no extra cost to the Hirer (Providing B.V.H. Bar Services are used). Individuals are not permitted to sell alcohol at events.
Furniture & Equipment
Twelve 1.8m x 0.7m (6’ x 2 4”) tables, Two 0.9m X 0.7m (3’ x 2’ 4”) tables and 69 upholstered chairs are provided for use in the hall. A Chair trolley is provided for moving chairs.
Male, female and disabled toilets including baby changing facilities are situated in the lobby, off the foyer for Hall 1 and Hall 3/Meeting Room. There are separate male, female, disabled and baby changing facilities for Hall 2.
There are NO Payphone facilities available at Bromham Village Hall.
Car Parking is provided at the front of the Hall for 60 cars and includes 2 Disabled Parking Bays. Parking on the Playing Field, at the rear of the Hall, is prohibited unless authorised by the Trustees.
The Village Hall’s hire charges are reviewed annually and aim to be competitive. Bromham residents are able to hire the halls at concessionary rates (proof of address will be required).
Under NO circumstances are Hirers or their Guests Permitted to bring in their own alcohol.
